Letters from readers are the heart of any good magazine, and CRONE is no exception. Whether you want to share a story, ask a question, suggest a topic or point out something we got wrong, we would be delighted to hear from you.

How to reach us

Email hello@crone.skin. A short subject line helps us pass your message to the right editor — for example "Story idea: learning the piano at 70" or "Correction: grey hair guide".

What we welcome

• Story ideas. Tell us what you would like to read about. Many of our best stories began with a reader's question.
• Corrections. If something in a story is inaccurate or out of date, please tell us which page and what you believe is wrong. We check every report and update the story where needed.
• Questions. We cannot give medical, legal or financial advice about your personal situation, but we are glad to explain what a story means or suggest a reliable source.
• Privacy requests. To ask about any personal data we hold, write with the subject "Privacy request". Our privacy policy explains your rights.

When you will hear back

We aim to reply within five working days. We read every message, though we may not be able to answer every story suggestion individually.

We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles or paid links, and we do not sell advertising directly; advertising on CRONE is provided by Google AdSense. Please never send us passwords, bank details or identity documents — we will never ask for them.
